How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! Go to Settings → Subscription → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle.
How do I connect my brokerage account?
Go to Settings → Trading Accounts → Add Account. Follow the OAuth flow to securely connect your broker. Your credentials are encrypted.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed. We follow industry-standard security practices. See our Privacy Policy.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law. Billing errors are refunded within 30 days of request.
Do you provide financial advice?
